From the very first days of ICMCC I have stressed the importance of the delivery of information.
The ICMCC Record Access Portal was a first major effort to make information on a specific subject accessible. This was soon followed by the ICMCC News Page, which intended to become an important source on medical and care ICT news and science articles.
The concept of the News Page slowly developed since the beginning of 2007. And with it grew the recorded amount of information. Although most of the information is from English speaking countries, we intend to be a global source of information.
The News Page has seen an ever increasing number of visitors. Mostly anonymous. But the numbers themselves indicate that our service is appreciated. Especially during a recent interruption of the daily updates it became clear that the ICMCC Website had become more than just a news source.
